Superfood Porridge with Nuts, Berries and Matcha

This classic recipe is due to the different Superfoods filled with nutrients.
Porridge is the basis for a perfect start in the day. You can refine the recipe as you like it with fresh fruits, berries, and herbs. This way, it will never get boring.



  • ½ cup of porridge
  • 200ml water or nut milk



  • chopped nuts
  • Cocoa Nibs
  • Flaxseeds
  • Pumpkin or sunflower seeds
  • Coconut chips
  • Fresh fruits & berries
  • Superfoods like goji or aronia berries


Mix the porridge with the water or milk in a pot and let it easily simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir in from time to time, so nothing gets scorched. The porridge will get a natural flavor if you add 2-3 pieces of dried fruits like dates, figs or apricots.

After the porridge has a nice structure add your Add-Ins like Matcha, raw cocoa powder or some honey to give it a nice flavor.

Now the base is ready. Fill it in a bowl and add the toppings as you like them. To make it a real Superfood Porridge, use raw cocoa powder and some berries for the topping.
