150g (greek) yogurt or soya yogurt
1 tsp Energy Matcha
½ a mango
1 cup of spinach
Juice of half a lemon or lime
Fruits of choice
Nuts and seeds
Goji berries or dried fruits of choice
Coconut flakes or chips
Sugar-free muesli or granola
For the smoothie: Peel the mango and blend it with the remaining ingredients to a creamy and thick batter. Just add some water if it gets too thick!
You are almost done! Just cut the fruits for the topping into small dices and places it on top of your smoothie with the nuts, seeds and other superfoods.
