Green smoothie bowls are everywhere at the moment – even though it’s winter there is apparently no instagram foodie who can resist this bowl of creamy fruity goodness. But that’s no surprise: Smoothies, eaten with a spoon, full of vitamins that only do good for you – it does sound heavenly!
Another major plus are the endless possibilities – you can combine basically any fruit, vegetable or green leaf AND add tons of different superfoods as toppings. Chia seeds for example will make the bowl thicker and of course increase its nutritional value, just like other Superfoods like Goji berries do.
A green smoothie bowl is prepared like a normal smoothie, but with less added liquids – which is why it’s so creamy and thick.

You will need:
1 handful of spinach
1 Granny Smith
1/4 cup of Flaxseed
1 Teaspoon TEATOX Energy Matcha Powder
A few sprigs of fresh mint
1/2 cup of milk of choice
Method: Throw everything into a high speed bullet blender until smooth! VOILA – Eat.
