5 WAYS TO DRINK YOUR HARMONY CHAI

Raw food chef Lisa Müller told us her favourite chai recipes – now you will finally be able to make use of the versatile options of our Harmony Chai.

Chai Latte

Ingredients:
150 ml Harmony Chai tea
100 ml warm almond or oat milk
1 tsp honey
1 cinnamon stick

Bring 150ml of water to the boil and infuse it with 1 tsp of tea for about 5 minutes. Pour it off and mix it with the warm milk and honey. Put the cinnamon stick inside for a moment.

Hot Chai Chocolate

Ingredients
250 ml Harmony Chai tea
20 g dark chocolate (containing at least 70% cacao)
1 tsp unrefined cane sugar or coconut sugar
some salt, chili and cayenne pepper (optional)

Prepare the chai tea according to the package instructions and mix it with the chocolate and the sugar until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Add salt, chili and cayenne pepper to taste.

Spice Smoothie

Ingredients
250ml cold Harmony Chai tea
50ml rice or almond milk
1 banana
¼ avocado
1 tsp maca
½ tsp ginger bread seasoning
1 date or 1 tsp of honey

Prepare the Harmony Chai according to package instructions and let it cool down. Blend all of the ingredients in a mixer until smooth and serve with ice cubes if necessary.

Dirty Chai (Coffee and Chai)

Ingredients
250 ml hot coffee or 1 espresso shot
200 ml hot water
1 tsp Harmony Chai
1 tbsp coconut milk

optional:
coconut sugar

Let the tea infuse in the coffee or in the hot water for 3 to 5 minutes and pour it off afterwards. Add coconut milk and sugar to taste.

Iced Ginger Chai

Ingredients
250 ml hot water
1 tsp Harmony Chai
1-2 tsp ginger syrup by “Ginger people”

alternative:
1 tsp honey and 1 tsp finely shredded ginger
½ peach, sliced

Let the tea infuse in the hot water and ginger for about 5 minutes. Pour off the tea and ginger and add honey to taste. Let the chai cool down a bit before adding the peach. Serve with ice cubes or keep in fridge for up to 3 days.
